Who We Are
EN (円)
is the Japanese word for "circle," a symbol of unity, emptiness, impermanence, and the continuous flow of life and creation — the same spirit that animates Butoh.
En dos
in Spanish, refers to our dual presence, our shared language, and our activity in the Hispanic territory.

Philosophy
EN2 is neither Butoh nor theater. We start from the expressive essence of Butoh, but we let it mix, mutate at a cellular level with other expressive forms: voice, performance, the absurd, ritual, body, and space. Each creation is shaped by the theme we explore and the place we inhabit. EN2 is a fluid stage organism in constant transformation.
